Shipping and delivery

generally takes place within 4/5 working days. The times reported for the reception of the goods are indicative.

Delivery costs are charged on the basis of the rates indicated on the site or communicated by the Customer Service on the date the order was sent. The Courier is responsible for delivery. Garsport undertakes to collect any reports of non-delivery or delayed delivery of products through the Customer Service and, if necessary, to assist the Customer in protecting his rights as per law.

Unless explicitly indicated by our Customer Service, delivery is meant at street level. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent in advance by e-mail;
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or in any way altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested, by placing a WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the proof of delivery of the courier.

Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 8 days of delivery, by e-mail, to the address customercare@garsport.it

In the event of non-collection within 5 working days of the material present in stock at the courier's warehouses due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the customer when ordering, the order will be automatically canceled; in this case Garsport will refund the amount received by way of payment, net of costs for attempted and unsuccessful shipping.
